• Program Overview: The voucher program of the Living Independence Network Corporation helps ease the transportation burden many residents face in rural Idaho. The voucher program provides low-cost, local transportation to people ages 60 and older and those living with disabilities. The program provides trips ranging from healthcare appointments, grocery shopping, recreation, and employment. Riders of the program receive a LINC Transportation Card they can use to keep track of their rides and book rides with approved transportation providers. Transportation providers include a provider with wheelchair accessible vehicles, a provider that runs on Saturdays by appointment, and a local cab service that runs 24/7.
