Module 2: Evidence-Based and Promising Models for Telehealth Programs

Rural communities are implementing or expanding telehealth programs to address common challenges experienced by rural providers. This toolkit identifies models for telehealth programs in rural communities. No single model is right for every community. Most communities combine aspects of multiple models to meet their needs.
