Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Disparities Affecting Healthcare Utilization and Health Outcomes Among Childhood Cancer Survivors
Notice of Special Interest for research to understand and address the full spectrum of factors that contribute to disparities in survivorship care, healthcare utilization, and health outcomes among childhood cancer survivors. Proposed projects must Include populations commonly experiencing disparities based on race or ethnicity, sex, sexual or gender minority status, insurance status, rural residence, socioeconomic disadvantage, or other demonstrated differences.

Intervention Research to Improve Native American Health (R01, R21, and R34 Clinical Trials Optional)
Funding to support research designed to improve health in Native American populations. Proposed research may address health promotion, disease prevention, treatment, recovery, or services research to inform intervention implementation and dissemination, and it must engage tribal partners and communities.

Centers for Agricultural Safety and Health (U54)
Funding for Centers for Agricultural Safety and Health (Ag Centers) to conduct high quality research and subsequently disseminate their findings and recommendations. Projects should result in audience appropriate products that contribute to improving the safety and health of agriculture, forestry, and fishing workers.

John and Polly Sparks First Responder Grant for Rural First Responders Mental Health Interventions
Grants for evidence-based research and intervention in providing mental health training dissemination to first responders in rural areas.

Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Telehealth for People and Families Living with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and AD-Related Dementias (ADRD)
Notice of Special Interest for research to (1) determine the impact of telehealth on cost, access, quality, timeliness, and equity of care for people and families living with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and AD-Related Dementias (ADRD), and (2) identify telehealth care delivery methods that work well for people and families living with AD/ADRD.

Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Stimulating Research to Understand and Address Hunger, Food, and Nutrition Insecurity
Notice of Special Interest for research on interventions that address nutrition security and the mechanisms of food insecurity on a variety of health outcomes. Priority populations include racial/ethnic minority populations, lower income populations, and rural and remote populations including tribal communities and insular areas.

Tribal Colleges Research Grants Program (TCRGP)
Grants to tribal colleges and universities for research projects that address concerns and needs of tribal and reservation communities, including projects that focus on health, food security, environment, and agricultural production research.

Leading Equity and Diversity in the Medical Scientist Training Program (LEAD MSTP)
Funding for eligible institutions to develop and implement effective, evidence-informed approaches to fully integrate the transitional phases of dual-degree training and mentoring that will lead to the completion of both clinical degrees and research doctorate degrees. Eligibility is limited to dual-degree training programs at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and institutions within Institutional Development Award (IDeA)-eligible states.

New Models of Integrated HIV/AIDS, Addiction, and Primary Care Services (R34 Clinical Trial Optional and R01 Clinical Trial Required)
Grants to support the development and testing of enhanced models of care that integrate HIV, Hepatitis B and C, addiction, and primary care services. Research in states and counties identified in the federal Ending the HIV Epidemic Initiative, including areas with the highest rural HIV burden, are specifically encouraged.

Technology Development to Reduce Health Disparities (R01 Clinical Trial Optional)
Funding to develop and translate medical technologies aimed at reducing disparities in healthcare access and health outcomes. Medical technologies should be effective, affordable, culturally acceptable, and deliverable to those who need them. Priority health disparity populations include racial and ethnic minorities, socioeconomically disadvantaged individuals, sexual and gender minorities, and medically underserved populations in rural and urban areas.
