Funding to evaluate, develop, and, expand the use of technology-enabled collaborative learning and capacity building models for healthcare providers and other professionals. The program is designed to to improve retention of healthcare providers and increase access to health care services in rural areas, frontier areas, health professional shortage areas, or medically underserved areas and for medically underserved populations or native Americans.

Delta Region Maternal Care Coordination Program
Funding to improve and increase access to care in the Delta Region for pregnant women and new mothers during and after pregnancy.

Certified Men's Health Educator Training
Course that focuses on the unique needs and challenges of boys and men, specifically in rural communities. While the course is available for all who are interested, currently the training will be provided at no cost for a limited number of individuals who live or work in designated rural counties in Tennessee.

Strategic Technology Technical Assistance Teams for Transit Agencies
In-person and off site technical assistance for small-urban, rural, and tribal transit agencies to develop technology action plans to help meet strategic goals.

STRIDE OT Research Fund

Grants for nonprofit community organizations that develop, implement and evaluate community-driven approaches to healthcare issues in Michigan. Grants have been awarded in rural and tribal communities in the past.
