PHEARLESS (Public Health Regenerative Leadership Synergy) Initiative Inactive
An initiative that brings rising public health leaders together with community leaders to co-create sustainable solutions that advance health equity and well-being for all. Community collectives will be selected to participate in a one-year program comprising four competency-developing modules, a culminating activity, stipends, and potential implementation grant funding.

Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Grantmaking Program (EJ TCGM) Inactive
Funding for organizations to collaborate with EPA to design and build a regional grantmaking program. Awardees will solicit and evaluate project applications from communities for Environmental Justice Thriving Communities sub-grant activities. These activities will consist of assessment, planning, and/or project development addressing local environmental and/or public health issues. Rural, remote, underserved, and tribal communities are considered a priority.

Living Language Grant Program (LLGP) Inactive
Grants to provide native language instruction and immersion programs for Native students not enrolled at Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools, including those tribes and organizations in states without Bureau funded schools. The program uses an "all community" model that addresses agriculture, economic development, and healthcare, among others.

Partnering for Vaccine Equity Inactive
Funding and technical assistance to increase the capacity of local health departments to increase vaccination uptake and address inequities in influenza and COVID-19 vaccination coverage among racial and ethnic minority adults.

Michigan Impact Grant Program Inactive
Grants for projects that work to lift people in Michigan out of poverty and address the disparities that affect the ability to afford necessities such as housing, child care, food, healthcare, and transportation. The program is focused on geographically disadvantaged areas of the state.

Minority AIDS Initiative: The Substance Use and Human Immunodeficiency Virus Prevention Navigator Program for Racial/Ethnic Minorities Inactive
Funding to provide substance use and HIV prevention services for racial and ethnic minority populations at high-risk for substance use disorders (SUDs) and HIV infection. States with a substantial rural HIV burden are considered a program priority.

Native Americans into Medicine (NAM) Inactive
A 7-week summer enrichment program for college sophomores, juniors and seniors that are interested in pursuing health careers.

Primary Care: Expanding Access and Advancing Racial Health Equity in New York Inactive
Grants for projects in New York that work to expand access to primary care and/or advance racial health equity through primary care. Priority is given to communities of color and rural areas.

Maternal Health Research Collaborative for Minority-Serving Institutions (MH-RC-MSI) Research Centers (RCs) Inactive
Funding to establish a multi-institutional research network supporting minority-serving institutions to build capacity to conduct research addressing disparities in maternal mortality, morbidity, and health outcomes and to find community-based solutions to advance health equity.

Preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences through Data to Action Inactive
Funding for non-research activities that leverage multi-sector partnerships and resources to improve adverse childhood experiences and positive childhood experiences. Target populations include tribal populations, rural communities, and other geographically underserved areas, among others.
