An invitation for applications from existing clinical research networks and organizations currently affiliated with and participating in specific existing clinical research networks to serve as "Network Research Hubs" as part of a larger infrastructure supporting research in primary care settings. The opportunity is part of the Communities Advancing Research Equity for Health (CARE for health) Initiative designed to improve access to clinical research to inform medical care, particularly for those in communities historically underrepresented in clinical research or underserved in healthcare. The initial awards will fund organizations that serve rural communities.
