Arkansas Honors Program for Rural and Urban Primary Care Medicine
A 4-year program for first year medical students at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences designed to prepare students to provide comprehensive medical care for underserved populations in both urban and rural settings in the state.

Ohio Physician Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for primary care physicians who agree to practice in a Health Professional Shortage Area or Health Resource Shortage Area of Ohio.

American Psychiatric Association Diversity Leadership Fellowship
A 2-year fellowship for minority psychiatry residents or those interested in minority and vulnerable populations. Activities are designed to prepare residents to teach, administer, and provide culturally competent, evidence based mental health and substance abuse services for minority groups and at-risk populations. Populations include American Indians, Native Alaskans, Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, Native Pacific Islanders, Black/African Americans, Hispanics/Latinos, LGB, and religious minorities.

SAMHSA Psychiatry Minority Fellowship
Fellowships for students who are interested in addressing minority psychiatric mental health issues and committed to a career providing culturally sensitive psychiatric services for minority underserved populations. African Americans, Alaska Natives, American Indians, Asian-Americans, Hispanics/Latinos, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders are encouraged to apply.

Rural Residency Planning and Development Technical Assistance Program
A cooperative agreement with a single entity to provide technical assistance for HRSA Rural Residency Planning and Development Program awardees that are working to expand the number of rural residency training programs and subsequently increase the number of physicians choosing to practice in rural areas.

South Carolina Rural Provider Incentive Program
Cash incentive awards for physicians and advanced practice professionals who agree to practice in a Health Professional Shortage Area of South Carolina.

Primary Care Training and Enhancement—Residency Training in Street Medicine (PCTE-RTSM)
Funding to enhance training in street medicine for residents enrolled in accredited primary care residency programs. Priority will be given to applicants that train residents in rural areas, including for tribes or tribal organizations in rural areas.

Iowa Health Professional Recruitment Program (HPRP)
Loan repayment assistance for graduates of Iowa college or university programs in the following health professions: physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, podiatrists, registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers. In exchange, participants agree to practice in a high-need community of Iowa.

North Dakota Federal Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for certain health professionals who agree to practice in a Health Professional Shortage Area of North Dakota.

North Dakota Health Care Professional Student Loan Repayment
Loan repayment assistance for certain healthcare professionals who agree to practice in an underserved area of North Dakota.
