California Health Professions Pathways Program: Population Health Investment (HPPP Pop HI)
Funding to support and encourage underrepresented individuals in California to pursue health careers. Outreach and recruitment in rural and other areas is encouraged. Priority goes to programs that have a high percentage of program sites in Primary Care and/or Behavioral Health Health Professional Shortage Areas.

Loan repayment assistance for healthcare professionals who agree to practice in a Health Professional Shortage Area of New York.

Rhode Island Health Professional Loan Repayment Program
Offers loan repayment for specific primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health professionals that have made a commitment to practice in healthcare shortage communities in Rhode Island.

Delaware State Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for healthcare professionals who agree to practice in an approved area of Delaware for a minimum of 2 years.

Virginia AHEC Scholars Program
A multidisciplinary certificate program for health professions students in Virginia that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and underserved communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

3RNET Recruitment and Retention Assistance
Helps health professionals find jobs in rural areas and assists employers in recruiting and retaining health professionals in rural areas.

Alabama AHEC Scholars Program
A multidisciplinary certificate program for certain health professions students in Alabama that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and underserved communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

Alaska Health Care Professionals Workforce Enhancement Program (HWEP)
Direct incentive payments and loan repayment assistance for a wide range of healthcare professionals in exchange for working in an approved area in Alaska.

Arkansas AHEC Scholars Program
A multidisciplinary certificate program for certain health professions students in Arkansas that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

Aspirus Health Rural Visiting Medical Residents and Fellows
An opportunity for visiting medical residents and fellows to complete a rotation in a rural setting with a nonprofit, community-directed health system that serves northeastern Minnesota, northern and central Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
