Funding to recruit and deploy a group of community connectors in Minnesota that will provide culturally and linguistically inclusive outreach and navigation support for families as they enroll and participate in the Follow Along Program. Follow Along helps parents and caregivers of young children learn about their child's development and identify any needs, connecting them to supports and services based on those needs.

California Justice-System Involvement Youth: Behavioral Health Pipeline Inactive
Funding for organizations to support and encourage economically disadvantaged, educationally/environmentally disadvantaged, and justice-system involved youth in California to pursue behavioral health careers. The goal is to develop a more culturally and linguistically competent behavioral healthcare workforce, including providing comprehensive wrap-around supports. Applicants should conduct outreach and recruitment in rural and medically underserved areas; for educationally and/or economically disadvantaged students; and to former foster youth, veterans, immigrants, refugees, and adult/non-traditional learners.

Community Relations and Innovation Fund Inactive
Grants to organizations and individuals in Native communities serving their communities in areas such as youth work, community building, arts and culture, language and education/advocacy.

Virginia Innovative Programming Awards Inactive
Grants for innovative programming to address the root causes of rural health disparities in Virginia. Focus areas include healthy mothers and babies, food access and nutrition, workforce development, behavioral health, and telehealth.

Virginia Youth Tobacco Use Prevention Grants Inactive
Grants to prevent and reduce youth tobacco, nicotine, and vaping product use across Virginia. Funding may be used for classroom-based instruction and for projects designed to reduce disparities in young people who are at elevated risk for being impacted by tobacco and nicotine (including rural youth).

Infusing Equity into Built Environment for Better Health Inactive
Capital grants for built environment, such as playgrounds, parks, and outdoor spaces in Colorado that allow children, youth, and families to engage in physical activity more regularly. Priority is given to communities living on low income, communities of color, and rural communities.

Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative: Early Childhood Wraparound Services Inactive
Funding for early childhood wraparound services to support relevant skill building among adults who work with infants, young children, expectant parents, new parents, and caregivers. Funding will focus on home visiting services and child-specific clinical consultation services for adults that work closely with infants and children with emotional and behavioral health needs on an individual basis. Rural communities and other disparity populations are a program priority.

Equitable Access in Child Nutrition Programs Research Grants Inactive
Grants to support research activities that identify barriers to equitable access in the child nutrition programs, as well as strategies to help overcome these barriers.

Building Local Continuums of Care to Support Youth Success Inactive
Funding for planning and assessing promising and evidence-based prevention and intervention services that will inform the development of a community-based continuum of care for youth at risk of becoming or already involved in the juvenile justice system. Rural and tribal jurisdictions are a program priority.
