Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Change Leadership Programs
Change leadership programs are designed by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to extend the influence and impact of leaders working to advance a culture of health.

Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use, Site-Based Program
Grants to develop, implement, and/or expand comprehensive programs in response to the overdose crisis and the impact of illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances. The program provides resources to support state, local, tribal, and territorial efforts to reduce substance misuse and overdose deaths, increase access to prevention services, enhance harm reduction initiatives, expand treatment and recovery services, and develop and increase other resources and supports in the community and justice system.

Iowa Farm Bureau Sponsorship Program
Sponsorship support for events and fundraisers in rural Iowa. Giving priorities include health and wellness, agriculture, farm families and their communities, and youth education/leadership.

Reeve Foundation Quality of Life Grants
Grants to nonprofit organizations that provide services to improve the daily lives of people with paralysis and their caregivers. Projects and initiatives should foster inclusion, community engagement, and health and wellness.

San Manuel Cares Grants
Funding for tribal governments and tribal nonprofit organizations in the areas of community services, healthy/resilient communities, and preserving cultural traditions.

West Michigan Youth Programs
Grants to support projects for youth ages 0 – 18 living within a 4-county service area that includes Lake, Muskegon, Newaygo, and Oceana counties in western Michigan.

Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program
Grants to support community-based projects that promote access to preventive clinical and public health services for children in rural and underserved communities.

Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Grants
Funding to develop, implement, and/or expand evidence-based home visiting services in tribal communities.

Florida Health Literacy Initiative Grants
Grants to help Florida adult English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and family literacy programs integrate health education into their instruction. The initiative is seeking to cover all areas of the state.

AmeriCorps VISTA Sponsoring Agency Request for Concept Papers
A national service program that provides resources and staffing for organizations and agencies working to alleviate poverty and address poverty-related problems in local communities.
