AmeriCorps State and National Grants
Funding for programs that are designed to strengthen communities and solve local problems, including those found in rural and underserved areas. Funding priorities include serving historically underrepresented communities, environmental stewardship, services for veterans, access to youth mental health and substance abuse services, and civic bridgebuilding.

Alaska Social Justice Fund
Funding for organizations in Alaska working to eradicate systemic discrimination, increase the power of disenfranchised and under-resourced communities, and promote equal rights and equitable opportunity for all Alaskans. Health, wellness, human services, and rural communities are areas of interest, among others.

HUD Section 4 Capacity Building Grants: Rural and Tribal Communities
Grants to build the technical and administrative capacity of community development corporations, community housing development organizations, and Native American organizations to carry out community development and affordable housing activities that address the needs of households with low-income.

Minnesota Family Wellbeing Event Sponsorships
Sponsorship funding for events designed to advance family well-being in Minnesota.

Louisiana Community Health Grants
Grants for programs across the state of Louisiana that are designed to increase preventive care, create health equity, and improve health outcomes.

South Carolina Health Priority Grants
Grants for projects that that improve health outcomes and decrease health disparities for South Carolina residents, especially the economically vulnerable. Health priorities include oral health, mental health, diabetes, and social determinants of health.

Hear Her Campaign: Maternal Health Promotion for American Indian and Alaska Native Communities
Funding to increase the awareness of key actions to support positive maternal health outcomes using the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Hear Her campaign materials.

VA VetResources Community Network (VRCN) Catalyst Award
Award that recognizes nonprofit veteran community-serving organizations for innovative solutions to reach and support underserved Veterans, their families, caregivers, and/or survivors. The top 10 nonprofit organizations/teams will each receive a monetary award to plan and implement community-based outreach event(s) or activation(s) to reach over 5,000 underserved veterans across 4 priority categories.

AARP Community Challenge
Grants for projects that work to improve livability for all residents of a community. The 2025 application cycle will focus on public spaces; housing; transportation; community resilience; digital connections; disaster preparedness; and physical activity, among others. Applications from rural communities are encouraged.

Tribal Behavioral Health Grant Program
Grants for projects designed to prevent suicidal behavior and substance misuse, reduce the impact of trauma, and promote mental health among American Indian/Alaska Native young people up to the age of 24.
