Rural Residency Planning and Development Program
Grants to expand access to healthcare in rural areas by developing new sustainable rural residency programs, including rural track programs (RTPs). The program will provide start-up funding to create accredited rural residency programs in a qualifying medical specialty.

Promoting the Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care: States
Funding to improve the health outcomes for people with behavioral health conditions by supporting the adoption and improvement of integrated care models for behavioral and primary physical health at the state level. Tribal, rural, and other medically underserved communities are a program priority. Program eligibility is limited to states and state agencies; however, states must partner at least 1 qualified community program, community mental health center, Rural Health Clinic, or Federally Qualified Health Center.

Small Health Care Provider Quality Improvement Program

Community Health Center Capital Fund LoanPLUS Program
A Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) program that provides loan capital and technical assistance designed to meet the needs of smaller health centers and/or those with limited financial resources. Health centers that have not been able to access financing through conventional lenders are encouraged to apply.

Delta Region Community Health Systems Development Program Technical Assistance
Technical assistance and consultation services for selected applicants through a 3-year participation cycle. The program will assist rural health leaders and providers with implementation of best practices and evidenced-based models that improve performance and enhance care coordination to develop a local system of care.
Geographic coverage: Counties in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee that are served by the Delta Regional Authority.
