Funding to support Tribal capacity for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever prevention, including the development of services and infrastructure relating to animal wellness, vector control, education, and outreach for American Indian populations in Arizona.

EPA Region 10 Healthy, Resilient, and Sustainable Communities Grant Program Inactive
Grants for eligible entities in EPA Region 10 to improve community health, resilience, and/or sustainability through pollution prevention and/or sustainable materials management implementation. Distribution of perishable food and food waste prevention in tribal communities are highlighted as potential projects.

Primary Care Training and Enhancement-Community Prevention and Maternal Health Inactive
Grants to train primary care physicians in maternal healthcare clinical services or population health in order to improve maternal health outcomes. The program is designed to increase the number of primary care physicians trained in public health and general preventive medicine with maternal healthcare expertise and the number of primary care physicians trained in enhanced obstetrical care practicing in rural and/or underserved areas.

Grants to partnerships of public and private sector entities to increase the number of individuals training in healthcare occupations that directly impact patient care and to alleviate healthcare workforce shortages by creating sustainable employment and training programs in healthcare occupations (including behavioral and mental healthcare) serving rural populations.
