Capital Clinic Access Grants
Capital funding to expand safety net dental programs in Washington, including Federally Qualified Health Centers, Tribal, and nonprofit dental clinics, with the goal of increasing access to oral healthcare and reducing oral health disparities, especially among Black, Indigenous, and communities of color.

New York State Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community
Learning community in New York that includes a virtual summit, monthly webinars, and topical coaching calls designed to incorporate evidence-based practices and transform the care given to older adults. Participants include Federally Qualified Health Centers and community-based social service organizations, among others.

Rural Health Care Services Outreach Program
Grants to support projects that will expand, enhance, and sustain the delivery of effective healthcare in rural communities.

New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program
Tax incentives for investments in business and economic development projects in distressed rural and urban counties, including capital investments in healthcare facilities. Investors give to Community Development Entities who then offer low-interest financing to businesses; in return for their investment, investors receive a tax credit against their federal income tax.

REAP Energy Audit and Renewable Energy Development Assistance Program
Grants for intermediary organizations to assist rural small businesses (including healthcare facilities) and agricultural producers by conducting and promoting energy audits and providing renewable energy development assistance.

Sid W. Richardson Foundation Grants
Grants for nonprofit organizations in Texas that address education, health, human services, and arts/culture. Applications for health-related projects are accepted from throughout the state, including rural areas.

Black Lung Clinics Program (BLCP)
Funding for clinics that support active and retired coal miners who have or may contract occupation-related coal mine dust lung disease (CMDLD), also known as black lung disease.

Black Lung Data and Resource Center
Funding for a single entity to serve as a Black Lung Data and Resource Center that will work with Black Lung Clinics Program grantees to strengthen their ability to examine and treat respiratory and pulmonary impairments in active and inactive coal miners.

Rural Health Network Development Planning Program
Grants to promote the planning and development of integrated rural healthcare networks in order to achieve efficiencies; expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of essential healthcare services; and strengthen the rural healthcare system as a whole.

North Carolina Rural Building Reuse Program
Grants for local governments in North Carolina to develop older, vacant buildings into assets to attract new or expanding businesses, including healthcare businesses.
