A 4-week fellowship in Alexandria, Virginia for mid-career professionals to learn leadership skills for becoming grassroots advocates and champions for rural health.

Georgia Dual Track Rural Hospital Support Grant for Hospital Stabilization or Graduate Medical Education
Grants for rural hospitals in Georgia to increase or expand access to healthcare, support recruitment and retention initiatives, reduce existing debt, or strengthen financial and operational foundation/reduce financial waste.

North Carolina Rural Building Reuse Program
Grants for local governments in North Carolina to develop older, vacant buildings into assets to attract new or expanding businesses, including healthcare businesses.

North Dakota Flex CAH Subcontract Program
Subcontract funding for Critical Access Hospitals in rural North Dakota for financial and operational assessment and improvement and Community Health Needs Assessment implementation.

Minnesota Small Hospital Improvement Program (SHIP)
Coordinated state application to HRSA Federal Office of Rural Health Policy on behalf of the needs of Minnesota's small rural hospitals. Funds may be used to purchase items from the SHIP Purchasing Menu in the categories of value-based purchasing, accountable care organization, and payment bundling.
