Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program Hardship Exception Application
CMS eligible hospitals and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) may be exempted from the Medicare Promoting Interoperability payment adjustment if they can show that compliance with the requirement for being a meaningful EHR user would result in a significant hardship. Eligible hospitals and CAHs may submit a hardship exception application each year for a maximum of 5 years.

Pesticides Health Care Initiative: National and Community Based Health Care Provider Training for Pesticide Illness
Funding for eligible applicants through a cooperative agreement to improve healthcare providers' ability to prevent, recognize, treat, manage, and report pesticide-related illness. The EPA also aims to ensure that healthcare providers consider the social determinants of health, cultural context, and vulnerabilities of patients at high risk of pesticide-related illness.
