Primary Care Training and Enhancement-Language and Disability Access (PCTE-LDA) Inactive
Grants to develop curricula and train medical students, physician assistant students, and primary care medical residents to provide high quality primary care services to individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) and/or individuals with physical disabilities, and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) with goals of improving health outcomes for these populations. Priority will be given to applicants who can demonstrate that they train residents in rural areas and tribal communities.

Grants to recruit, train, and develop victim service professionals that will provide direct victim services to American Indian/Alaska Native victims of crime in locations that are remote and where positions are hard to fill. Projects should focus on engaging interested individuals, including college and university students, who are from, or live and attend school in, these areas.

Funding to strengthen the quality, performance, and infrastructure of tribal public health systems, including workforce, data, information systems, programs, and services. The overall goal is to improve public health outcomes and health inequities.

Scholarship program designed to assist healthcare students in Arkansas with education costs while encouraging them to serve and practice in underserved rural areas of the state.

Health System Strategies to Address Disparities in Hypertension Management and Control Inactive
Funding for clinical effectiveness research that compares health system strategies to improve blood pressure management and control in primary care, community, and safety net settings for populations experiencing disparities in outcomes, including Black, Hispanic, rural, and uninsured individuals.

Treatment, Recovery, and Workforce Support Grants Inactive
Grants to implement evidence-based programs to support individuals in substance use disorder treatment and recovery to live independently and participate in the workforce. Projects should focus on equity for rural, tribal, and other underserved populations.
