Purpose

The California Department of Health Care Access and Information offers scholarships to students enrolled in a Licensed Vocational Nurse to Associate Degree Nursing programs.

Recipients of these scholarships must agree to work in a medically underserved area for a minimum of 1 year upon completion of education.

Eligibility

Applicants must be a California resident enrolled in a Licensed Vocational Nurse to Associate Degree Nursing program in California and be willing to sign a service agreement.
