Description
Administers programs which strive to implement the vision
of equitable healthcare accessibility for California.
Includes the Health Workforce Development Division and
provides scholarships and loan repayment programs. The
Office is the federally designated primary care office
(PCO) for the state. Formerly the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).
