Project Talk Initiative Host Site Applications
Partnerships with community-based organization host sites to evaluate the impact of several approaches to promote advance care planning in underserved populations including those from ethnic and racial minority backgrounds, rural communities and low-income areas. Host sites will be provided tools and trained in facilitating community conversations.

Integrating Clinical Research into Primary Care Settings through Network Research Hubs - A Pilot (OT2) Inactive
An invitation for applications from existing clinical research networks and organizations currently affiliated with and participating in specific existing clinical research networks to serve as "Network Research Hubs" as part of a larger infrastructure supporting research in primary care settings. The opportunity is part of the Communities Advancing Research Equity for Health (CARE for health) Initiative designed to improve access to clinical research to inform medical care, particularly for those in communities historically underrepresented in clinical research or underserved in healthcare. The initial awards will fund organizations that serve rural communities.

Promoting Indigenous Research Leadership Workshop Inactive
A 3 day workshop designed to promote the public health research careers of Indigenous and other early-career faculty working with Indigenous communities across the country.

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Site Resource Grants Program Inactive
Seed funding to improve the reach of clinical research into underrepresented communities. Applications from rural and tribal research sites are encouraged.

Rural Health Research Center Program Inactive
Cooperative agreement to increase the amount of high quality, impartial, policy-relevant research to assist providers and decision-makers in better understanding problems faced by rural communities, and provide information that will improve access to quality, affordable healthcare services.
