A national collaborative led by a nonprofit medication distributor that sources donated medications to assist nonprofit health systems, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in serving their patient population, especially individuals experiencing poverty and those that are uninsured.

Drinking Water and Waste Disposal Grants for Rural and Native Alaskan Villages
Grants to help remote Alaskan villages provide safe, reliable drinking water and waste disposal systems for households and businesses.

East Indiana AHEC Mini-Grants
Grants to support health careers exploration, clinical learning, and continuing education opportunities for high school students, health professions students, and practicing health professionals in rural and medically underserved communities in eastern and southeastern Indiana.

Economic Development Assistance Public Works and Economic Adjustment Assistance Programs
Funding to support the implementation of regional economic development, including public works projects and job creation projects. Past projects have included funding for water and wastewater projects in hospitals and healthcare facilities and road infrastructure projects that would support the expansion of healthcare facilities. Rural, tribal, and other underserved communities are a program priority.

Economic Impact Initiative Grants
Funding to assist in the development of essential community facilities in rural communities that have extreme unemployment and severe economic depression.

Emergency Community Water Assistance Grants
Grants for eligible communities to prepare for or recover from an emergency that threatens the availability of safe, reliable drinking water.

Entergy Micro Grants
Grants for projects that effectively impact arts and culture, community improvement/enrichment, economic development, education and literacy, the environment, and healthy families.

Federal Surplus Property Available for Public Use
Property that is no longer needed by the federal government that has been made available for public use.

Firehouse Subs First Responder Grants
Grants for life-saving equipment, prevention education, and disaster relief for first responders and public safety organizations. The Foundation recognizes the needs of rural and volunteer departments throughout the country and will consider their applications despite not being within 60 miles of a Firehouse Subs restaurant.

Ford Family Foundation Grants
Offers grants to small, rural communities in Oregon and parts of California for community development; technical assistance; critical needs; arts; and healthy children, youth, and families.
