Preventing Violence Affecting Young Lives Inactive
Funding to implement community and societal level strategies that address social determinants of health and racial inequity to prevent violence impacting adolescents and young adults in areas with high rates of violence. This includes youth violence, teen dating violence, and other adverse childhood experiences, as well as conditions that put communities at greater risk for violence, such as concentrated poverty, limited educational attainment, high unemployment, and racial inequity. Priority consideration will be given to projects that focus on rural, American Indian/Alaska Native, and economically disadvantaged communities.
