Funding for current Health Center grantees to develop, implement, and evaluate innovative, evidence-based strategies that optimize the use of virtual care to increase access and improve clinical quality for underserved communities and vulnerable populations.

Native American-Serving Nontribal Institutions (NASNTI) Program Assistance Inactive
Grants for eligible institutions of higher education to enable them to improve and expand capacity to serve Native Americans and low-income individuals. Priority will be given to applications that: (1) address educational equity for rural students, students with disabilities, and students experiencing homelessness; and (2) address the impact of COVID-19 on academic and mental health challenges for students from low-income backgrounds, students of color, English learners, students with disabilities, and students living in rural communities.

Rural Violent Crime Reduction Initiative Training and Technical Assistance Provider Inactive
Funding for a single entity to serve as a training and technical assistance provider to support site-based grantees working to reduce violent crime in rural areas. Applicants should demonstrate how they have worked closely with law enforcement agencies and allied public safety and health providers in the past in addressing violent crime problems.

Family Violence Prevention and Services Discretionary Grant Program - National Indian Resource Center Addressing Domestic Violence (NIRC) Inactive
Funding to a single entity to establish and maintain a National Indian Resource Center Addressing Domestic Violence and Safety for Indian Women (NIRC). The NIRC will provide technical assistance and training resources for tribes and tribal organizations to enhance their capacity to respond to domestic violence; enhance the intervention and prevention efforts to increase the safety of indigenous women; and coordinate activities with other federal agencies, offices, and grantees that address the needs of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians that experience domestic violence.

Social and Economic Development Strategies - Growing Organizations (SEDS-GO) Inactive
Grants to build the internal capacity of health and human service organizations so that they may effectively address the current social and economic conditions in Native American communities.

Telehealth Technology-Enabled Learning Program Inactive
Funding to connect specialists at academic medical centers with primary care providers of rural, frontier, and underserved populations, providing evidence-based training and support to help them treat patients with complex conditions in their communities.

Primary Care First Model Cohort 2 Inactive
Voluntary 5-year payment options that reward value and quality by offering an innovative payment structure to support delivery of advanced primary care. Participating practices will generally include primary care practitioners, as well as other clinicians that are managing complex, chronically ill, and seriously ill populations.
