A 6-month leadership training program designed for emerging public health leaders working within a tribal department of health or in Indian Health Service/tribal/urban (I/T/U) healthcare facilities serving American Indian and Alaskan Native Communities.

Clinical and Translational Scholarship Program Inactive
The opportunity for 2 days of in-person comprehensive training and consultation with clinicians, faculty, and staff experts from the University of Vermont Center on Rural Addiction. The program is intended for teams of up to 4 individuals from practices in rural counties in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and New York.

New York Geriatric Emergency Department Accreditation Collaborative Inactive
Learning community in New York designed for hospitals pursuing geriatric emergency department accreditation. The goal is to improve care provided to older adults in the emergency department, establish resources required to provide high-quality care, focus on providing the highest standard of care for older adults in the community. Hospitals in rural communities are encouraged to participate.

New York State Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community Inactive
Learning community in New York that includes a virtual summit, monthly webinars, and topical coaching calls designed to incorporate evidence-based practices and transform the care given to older adults. Participants include Federally Qualified Health Centers and community-based social service organizations, among others.

Oregon Justice Reinvestment Equity Program (JREP) Learning Community Inactive
A learning community for culturally specific and culturally responsive organizations committed to reducing incarceration, promoting healing, and advancing community safety in Oregon.

Public Health Policy and Strategy Innovation Hub Training Inactive
A training cohort of public health practitioners and emerging leaders to prepare for change, build capacity for strategic policy and decision making, learn adaptive leadership skills to inform decision-making approaches, and design solutions to address current and future public health issues. Trainings will be primarily focused on addressing collaboration partnerships with the healthcare, housing, and transportation sectors.

American Academy of Family Physicians Health Equity Fellowship Inactive
One year fellowships that feature curriculum, faculty, and events tailored to address a topic of significant relevance to family medicine. The fellowship's goal is to create leaders who can address health inequities at the system and community levels.Tracks have included rural health, academic medicine, and traditional family medicine.
