Children, Youth, and Families At-Risk Sustainable Community Projects Inactive
Grants for cooperative extension to work in collaboration with other organizations to develop and deliver educational programs that help at-risk youth build the skills they need to lead positive, productive, and contributing lives. Considerations should include children and youth facing issues related to substance use, violence, crime, mental health, teen pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, obesity, and poverty, among others.

AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program Replacement and Expansion Opportunity Inactive
Program that engages adults age 55 and over to provide mentorship for children and youth with special or exceptional needs, or who would benefit from the one-one-one attention. AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers serve in schools, Head Starts, drug treatment centers, correctional institutions, and childcare centers. Steele-Reese Foundation Idaho and Montana Grant Program Inactive
Grants to nonprofit organizations in Idaho and Montana working in the areas of rural health, human and social services, education, conservation and preservation, arts and humanities, and native communities.

Food and Agriculture Service Learning Program Inactive
Grants to develop and expand existing farm to school initiatives and other food and learning initiatives with the overall goal of increasing knowledge of agriculture and improving the nutritional health of children.

Virginia Youth Tobacco Use Prevention Grants Inactive
Grants to prevent and reduce youth tobacco, nicotine, and vaping product use across Virginia. Funding may be used for classroom-based instruction and for projects designed to reduce disparities in young people who are at elevated risk for being impacted by tobacco and nicotine (including rural youth).

Full-Service Community Schools Program Inactive
Funding to establish or expand full-service community schools, which are designed to improve the coordination, integration, accessibility, and effectiveness of services for children and families, with a priority given to high poverty rural schools.

Living Language Grant Program (LLGP) Inactive
Grants to provide native language instruction and immersion programs for Native students not enrolled at Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools, including those tribes and organizations in states without Bureau funded schools. The program uses an "all community" model that addresses agriculture, economic development, and healthcare, among others.

Rural, Insular, and Native Achievement Programs: Native Hawaiian Education (NHE) Program Inactive
Funding for projects that provide for the unique educational needs of native Hawaiians and recognizes the roles of native Hawaiian languages and cultures in the educational success and long-term well-being of Native Hawaiian students. One of the program priorities is on projects that address mental health and social-emotional well-being of Native Hawaiian learners.

Mental Health Awareness Training Grants Inactive
Grants to prepare and train school personnel, emergency first responders, law enforcement, and community-based agency staff on how to appropriately and safely recognize and respond to individuals with mental disorders.
