Equity Community Organizing (ECO) Groups to Advance Health Equity in Aging in California Inactive
Funding to organize community groups designed to reduce health inequities for older adults in California. The focus is on communities of color and communities where race and ethnicity intersect with other factors such as age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, geography, language, and/or immigration status leading to inequities.

Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative: Early Childhood Wraparound Services Inactive
Funding for early childhood wraparound services to support relevant skill building among adults who work with infants, young children, expectant parents, new parents, and caregivers. Funding will focus on home visiting services and child-specific clinical consultation services for adults that work closely with infants and children with emotional and behavioral health needs on an individual basis. Plans should work to improve a community's livability and address the current, emerging, and future needs of California's older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers through cross-sector collaboration and transformational systems change. Rural, tribal, and frontier communities are a focus.

Veterans Housing Rehabilitation and Modification Pilot Program Inactive
Grants to rehabilitate and modify the primary residence of veterans who are low-income and living with disabilities, with a focus on helping them regain and/or maintain their independence to alleviate critical health, life, and safety issues. Priority is placed on increasing equity and improving customer experience across all HUD programs, which includes people who live in rural areas and those otherwise adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality.

Transportation Program Innovations Inactive
Opportunity to showcase innovations in local transportation programs. Innovations should be targeted to the needs of older adults and people with disabilities. Participation from rural, frontier, and tribal programs are encouraged.
