Grants for eligible institutions of higher education to enable them to improve and expand capacity to serve Native Americans and low-income individuals. Priority will be given to applications that: (1) address educational equity for rural students, students with disabilities, and students experiencing homelessness; and (2) address the impact of COVID-19 on academic and mental health challenges for students from low-income backgrounds, students of color, English learners, students with disabilities, and students living in rural communities.
