Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative: Early Childhood Wraparound Services Inactive
Funding for early childhood wraparound services to support relevant skill building among adults who work with infants, young children, expectant parents, new parents, and caregivers. Funding will focus on home visiting services and child-specific clinical consultation services for adults that work closely with infants and children with emotional and behavioral health needs on an individual basis. Rural communities and other disparity populations are a program priority.

Funding for organizations and communities to hold convenings that include patients, researchers, clinicians, purchasers, payers, health system leaders, and other stakeholders. Convenings should focus on supporting collaboration around patient-centered outcomes research and clinical comparative effectiveness research.

Alaska Orange Shirt Day Mini Grants Inactive
Mini-grants to support Orange Shirt Day activities across Alaska. Orange Shirt Day is a national day of remembrance of the damage the U.S. Indian Boarding School system did to indigenous children, lifeways, and cultures and works to address the resulting abuse and trauma in indigenous families and communities.

Family Self-Sufficiency Program Inactive
Funding for public housing agencies and housing choice voucher programs to hire family self-sufficiency coordinators that will work with low-income people to increase their earned income and financial literacy, reduce or eliminate the need for welfare assistance, and make progress toward economic independence and self-sufficiency. Applications from rural communities are encouraged.

Family Violence Prevention and Services Culturally Specific Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Discretionary Grants Inactive
Funding to implement culturally relevant sexual assault and domestic violence services for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and family violence. The program is designed to reduce the pervasive and harmful impact of violence and trauma by implementing culturally relevant, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed interventions for individuals and families who are from diverse, underserved, and historically marginalized communities. Populations of focus include Native Americans, Native Hawaiians, Latino/Latina, and African Americans, among others.

Full-Service Community Schools Program Inactive
Funding to establish or expand full-service community schools, which are designed to improve the coordination, integration, accessibility, and effectiveness of services for children and families, with a priority given to high poverty rural schools.

Preventing Youth Overdose: Treatment, Recovery, Education, Awareness, and Training Inactive
Grants to increase services across the spectrum of prevention, treatment, and recovery for youth and young adults with, or at risk for, opioid use disorder and/or co-occurring disorders by supporting local efforts to raise awareness about fentanyl, improve access to treatment with medications, and to support youth with their treatment and recovery. Tribal and rural populations are a program priority.

Preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences through Data to Action Inactive
Funding for non-research activities that leverage multi-sector partnerships and resources to improve adverse childhood experiences and positive childhood experiences. Target populations include tribal populations, rural communities, and other geographically underserved areas, among others.

Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program: Implementation and Expansion Grants Inactive
Funding to implement and expand evidence-based home visiting services in tribal communities. The goals of the Tribal Home Visiting program are to support healthy, happy, successful American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) children and families through a coordinated, high-quality, evidence-based home visiting strategy, and to continue to build the evidence base for home visiting in tribal communities.
