AmeriCorps State and National Grants
Funding for programs that are designed to strengthen communities and solve local problems, including those found in rural and underserved areas. Funding priorities include serving historically underrepresented communities, environmental stewardship, services for veterans, access to youth mental health and substance abuse services, and civic bridgebuilding.

Daniel Foundation of Alabama Grants
Grants for programs in Alabama with a focus on underserved communities, rural areas, and populations experiencing economic disadvantages. Priority areas include health; community needs; education and youth; and arts, culture, and community assets.

Alaska Social Justice Fund
Funding for organizations in Alaska working to eradicate systemic discrimination, increase the power of disenfranchised and under-resourced communities, and promote equal rights and equitable opportunity for all Alaskans. Health, wellness, human services, and rural communities are areas of interest, among others.

New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program
Tax incentives for investments in business and economic development projects in distressed rural and urban counties, including capital investments in healthcare facilities. Investors give to Community Development Entities who then offer low-interest financing to businesses; in return for their investment, investors receive a tax credit against their federal income tax.

North Carolina Community Progress Fund
Grants for organizations in rural North Carolina to meet direct needs, test new ideas, or expand promising efforts.

RAISE Transportation Discretionary Grants: FY 2025 National Infrastructure Investments
Grants for capital investments in unmet surface transportation infrastructure needs with an emphasis on rural areas and tribal lands.

Florida Local Food For Schools Grant
Grants to increase economic opportunities for Florida agricultural producers, targeting socially disadvantaged and small business producers, while increasing access to fresh produce in Florida's rural schools.

HUD Section 4 Capacity Building Grants: Rural and Tribal Communities
Grants to build the technical and administrative capacity of community development corporations, community housing development organizations, and Native American organizations to carry out community development and affordable housing activities that address the needs of households with low-income.

Native American Library Services Basic Grants
Grants to improve core library services in Native American communities with a primary goal of increasing access to information in a variety of formats to support needs for education, workforce development, economic and business development, health information, critical thinking skills, digital literacy skills, financial literacy, and other types of literacy skills.

Maine Rural Partnerships Grants
