America's Healthy Food Financing Initiative Local and Regional Healthy Food Financing Partnerships Program (HFFI Partnerships Program)
Funding to build the capacity of locally and regionally focused Healthy Food Financing Partnerships to provide financial and technical assistance to eligible healthy food retailers and post-harvest food retail supply chain enterprises. Rural areas are a program priority.

Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Program (REDL and REDG)

Higher Education Challenge Grants Program
Grants to colleges and universities to strengthen institutional capacities, including curriculum, faculty, scientific instrumentation, instruction delivery systems, and student recruitment and retention. The overall program objective is to respond to identified state, regional, national, or international educational needs in the food and agricultural sciences, or in rural economic, community, and business development.

National Association of Realtors® Rural Outreach Grant
Grants for state and local Realtor® association initiatives on a wide range of rural issues such as broadband, well and septic, open space preservation, environmental standards, disaster prevention and recovery, and planning and zoning issues. Rural providers, facilities, and programs could approach local Realtor® associations with potential projects.

Arkansas Rural Services Block Grant Program
Funding to assist rural communities in Arkansas with development and improvement of local community facilities, including community centers, fire stations, or multi-purpose buildings, and the purchase of fire/service trucks.

Delaware Community Foundation Capital Project Grants
Funding for nonprofit organizations in Delaware for acquisition, final-stage design, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, or other capital improvements of facilities.

Boettcher Foundation Grants
Grants for transforming communities by investing in individuals, programs, and organizations throughout Colorado, including a focus on rural communities.
