Energy Improvements in Rural or Remote Areas Demonstration Funding
Financial investment, technical assistance, and other resources to advance clean energy demonstrations and energy solutions in rural and remote areas that can be replicated and scaled. One of the program goals is to maximize tangible, measurable co-benefits of clean energy projects beyond supplying energy and reducing pollution including but not limited to economic, workforce, health, social, cultural, and environmental benefits.

Inflation Reduction Act - Grants to Facilitate the Siting of Interstate Electricity Transmission Lines and Economic Development
Funding for interstate electricity transmission siting and permitting authorities or other types of state, local, or tribal governmental entities to support a wide range of projects that provide benefits targeted to the needs of impacted communities. Economic development projects may include broadband infrastructure, community facilities, affordable housing, and job training, among others.
