Rural Communities Opioid Response Program – Psychostimulant Support (RCORP-PS) Inactive
Grants to enhance and expand psychostimulant use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery service delivery in high-risk rural communities.

Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems: Health Integration Prenatal-to-Three Program Inactive
Funding to build integrated maternal and early childhood systems of care that promote early developmental health and family well-being and increase family-centered access to care and engagement of the prenatal-to-3 year old population. Proposed projects should identify and address barriers in access to high quality, effective early childhood and family services for underserved P–3 populations, including rural populations and specific racial/ethnic groups.

Primary Care Training and Enhancement-Community Prevention and Maternal Health Inactive
Grants to train primary care physicians in maternal healthcare clinical services or population health in order to improve maternal health outcomes. The program is designed to increase the number of primary care physicians trained in public health and general preventive medicine with maternal healthcare expertise and the number of primary care physicians trained in enhanced obstetrical care practicing in rural and/or underserved areas.

Supports the establishment and development of Telehealth Resource Centers that provide technical assistance to healthcare organizations, healthcare networks, and healthcare providers in the implementation of telehealth programs to serve rural, frontier, and medically underserved areas and populations.

Funding to assist students from disadvantaged backgrounds in becoming registered nurses using evidence-based strategies to support nursing students from enrollment through graduation. The purpose is to expand and support a workforce to provide quality, culturally-aligned care to rural and underserved communities in need.

A cooperative agreement with a single entity to provide technical assistance, tools, resources, and strategies that are easily accessible to geographically dispersed Rural Health Clinics and that could be used to inform rural healthcare providers and other federal, state, and local stakeholders. Assistance may also include topics related to public health priorities such as ending the opioid epidemic and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
