The focus is on communities of color and communities where race and ethnicity intersect with other factors such as age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, geography, language, and/or immigration status leading to inequities.

California Connected Care Accelerator Initiative - Equity Collaborative Inactive
