The Rural Health Care Access Program (RHCAP) provides funding to help rural and underserved Idaho communities improve access to primary medical and dental healthcare.
Funding may be used for:
- Community development projects
- Telehealth projects
- Recruitment and retention, such as physician loan repayment and recruitment incentives
Applicants must be government organizations or nonprofit organizations registered with the Idaho secretary of state.
Award ceiling: $35,000
Project period: 1 year
