Purpose

The Rural Health Care Access Program (RHCAP) provides funding to help rural and underserved Idaho communities improve access to primary medical and dental healthcare.

Funding may be used for:

  • Community development projects
  • Telehealth projects
  • Recruitment and retention, such as physician loan repayment and recruitment incentives
Eligibility

Applicants must be government organizations or nonprofit organizations registered with the Idaho secretary of state.
