Missouri Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program
The Missouri Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program offers funding to establish or enhance broadband in rural and underserved areas of Missouri.
Applicants may submit applications on a project level basis rather than by individual application areas. All application areas within a given county that share the same project level information such as Project Work Plan, Affordability, Labor/Workforce, Technology, and Timeline, can be submitted as one application.
Eligible Missouri-serving applicants include:
- Nonprofit organizations
- Units of local government
- Rural electric cooperatives organized and their broadband affiliates
- Telephone cooperatives
- Public-private partnerships, with private or nonprofit partners that are registered in the state
- Private companies
- Public Utility Districts (PUD)
- Public and private utilities
Up to $300,000,000 per project
