Purpose
Funding for capacity building for under-resources Critical Access Hospitals. Scholarship includes:
- Up to 150 hours of consulting services for 1 year
- 2 APIC memberships and chapter memberships for 2 years
- 2 subscriptions to APIC Text for 2 years
- 2 a-IPC or CIC self-study prep courses and certifications exams
- Access to the APIC PolicyPro Library of Policies and Procedures for 2 years
- Membership in APIC's CAH virtual network
- 2 APIC Annual Conference registrations for 2 years including travel
Eligibility
Critical Access Hospitals designated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Amount of funding
The total value of each scholarship is over $50,000. Three scholarships will be awarded.
