Purpose

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas offers technical assistance to support communities in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District that have existing plans for a broadband infrastructure project but face difficulties completing it due to limitations on technical expertise or challenges with financing.

Participants will meet with technical advisers monthly and engage with peers in the program. Most meetings will be virtual; a few will be in-person.
