Purpose

The Nurturing Hope Scholarship will support aspiring mental health professionals with lived experience in Washington.

Preference is given to first generation students; applicants who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, people of color); and those who are looking to serve in rural areas.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are any undergraduate or graduate student in the state of Washington who has lived experience navigating mental health struggles and is pursuing a career in clinical counseling, social work, marriage and family counseling, or psychology.
