Grants for projects that provide prevention, treatment, and/or recovery support services for individuals in Kentucky with opioid use disorder, comorbid polysubstance use, and/or co-occurring mental illness, as well as their children or family members.
Applications may be submitted by any registered entity that is in good standing with the Kentucky Secretary of State, as well as counties, cities, and towns.
Up to $1,000,000
