The Center for Rural Health Leadership is offering a 12-month, virtual residency opportunity for rural healthcare executives to develop skills and knowledge to become more effective leaders. The internship will start in May 2024.

Participants will be expected to:
- Assist in NRHA's Certification Programs marketing, communications, and admissions processes
- Develop and distribute Certification Programs Cohort materials and information
- Help monitor Certification Programs cohorts progress and provide periodic updates to program graduates
- Create and edit content to include writing, researching, and video recording
- Help develop and refine rural hospital executive leadership database
- Research leadership development needs and rural hospital leadership turnover
- Expand and develop the Center for Rural Health Leadership's rural health network
The program is designed for current rural hospital executives.
This is a paid internship, requiring 10 - 20 hours of work time per week. The position is virtual and may include occasional in-person meetings in the Tampa area and conference travel.
