Purpose

The National Indian Health Board will provide technical assistance for environmental health and climate justice projects the benefit tribal communities.

Technical assistance services include, but are not limited to:

  • Navigating federal grant application systems
  • Identifying federal funds with tribal eligibility
  • Grant writing support
  • No cost GIS mapping services
  • Partnership development and connection with national and regional technical assistance service providers

Eligible entities include:

  • Federally recognized tribes
  • Tribal organizations
  • Tribal consortia
  • Tribal enterprises and corporations
  • Indigenous individuals

Services are provided at no cost.
