Minnesota Community Health Worker Certificate Scholarship
The Minnesota Community Health Worker Alliance is offering scholarships that cover tuition and some related costs for up to one year of a Community Health Worker (CHW) certificate program in the state. The program's goal is to strengthen and diversify the public health workforce to better meet the needs of under resourced communities in Minnesota by training new Community Health Workers.

Eligibility requirements:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be a citizen of the United States or be a foreign national with a visa permitting permanent residence in the United States
- Be accepted into a CHW Certificate program at an approved college or university in Minnesota
Up to $3,720 per student. The scholarship may cover tuition and some related costs for up to one year of the CHW Certificate program. Higher costs at some schools may result in less than full tuition payments.
