Purpose

The University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health is providing scholarships for rural public health leaders to attend the online MPH program at Berkeley and participate in a rural health curricula cohort.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include potential public health masters students working in rural communities.

Amount of funding

25 fully paid scholarships are available each year.

Scholarships will cover:

  • Online program fees equal to the required 42 units
  • UC Berkeley campus fees
  • Summer visit (travel, dining, lodging)
  • Required books

Scholars are eligible to receive this award for a maximum of 7 semesters.
