Purpose

The Sadie and Harry Davis Foundation provides grants to improve the health of children in Maine. The foundation looks for projects that address Maine's poorest and most underserved children, such as children who are low-income and/or live in rural areas.

Most forms of grants will be considered, such as general operating support, program grants, capacity building grants, challenge grants, and matching grants. The Foundation does not make capital grants.

Proposals addressing oral health will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations that serve children in Maine. Preference is given to organizations with budgets under $5 million.
