The Oregon Rural Health Hero of the Year Award honors a person, program, organization, or community that has improved the quality or availability of healthcare in rural Oregon and impacted the quality of life of its residents.
The award will be presented on at the Oregon Rural Health Conference which will take place in Sunriver, Oregon on October 12 – 14, 2022.
Any person, program, or organization that works on Oregon rural health issues is eligible to apply.
This award is honorary.
