Purpose

The South Carolina Office of Rural Health Revolving Loan Program offers loans to rural healthcare facilities and providers in South Carolina for capital funding needs.

Fund uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Renovation of existing facilities
  • New facility construction
  • Purchasing major medical equipment
  • Debt restructuring
  • Establishing lines of credit
  • Electronic health records
Eligibility

Healthcare facilities and practitioners located in rural areas of South Carolina are eligible.
