Southeast Rural Community Assistance Loan Fund Program provides community development loans to local governments, public service authorities, user associations, nonprofit organizations, and other community entities for the development and/or construction of large-scale community projects including healthcare facilities.
Loans may be used for:
- Building acquisitions and/or renovations
- Construction
- Land purchases
Eligible applicants are local governments, public service authorities, user associations, nonprofit organizations, and other community entities in the SERCAP service area.
Loan amounts range up to $250,000. Interest rates start at 3% for loan terms up to 10 years.
