Link
Description
Describes the Community Advisory Council of the High Plains
Research Network (HPRN) involving rural hospitals, clinics,
and primary care practices in 16 counties of eastern
Colorado. HPRN works to rephrase and share the results of
evidence-based health research recommendations to make them
more accessible to patients and the public through a
process called Boot Camp Translation. Boot Camp Translation brings together
community members and researchers when designing messages
for public consumption.
