Examines the feasibility of increasing access to healthy
foods available in corner stores by engaging corner store
owners and customers in a formative evaluation to gather
information to be used in the Communities Putting
Prevention to Work (CPPW) initiative. Includes shopping
pattern and characteristic data on 179 rural food desert
and urban nonfood desert customers in 9 corner stores in
North Carolina.
