Description
Provides an overview of the Lincoln County Community Health
Improvement Partnership (CHIP) in rural Oregon as it
transitioned into a Community Health Improvement and
Research Partnership (CHIRP). Describes the transition,
including research training to grow the focus from CHIP to
CHIRP, research studies to address existing local health
problems, and includes lessons learned throughout the
transition.
