Designed to make ready-to-use materials available to local
public health departments and clinics during a disaster or
emergency, to improve risk communication and help overcome
challenges found in rural settings. Contains separate
sections on natural, biological, chemical, radiological,
and mass vaccination/medication events, and includes
information on non-traditional communication methods.
