Examines the academic performance of University of Kansas
medical students who chose a rural location for required
clerkships in family medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and
obstetrics-gynecology from 1999-2011. Includes statistics
with breakdowns by mean scores on Medical College Admission
Test (MCAT), mean clerkship and shelf exam grades, and mean
grade point averages for undergraduate and medical school
classes.
