Examines the use of proper child restraints in vehicles and
the additional risk factors present with improper restraint
in American Indian tribes in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho,
including statistics that compare results from 2003 and
2009. Focuses on a community-based program among tribes to
increase child safety.
