Provides data on unintentional death rates in the U.S., and highlights differences by age, race/ethnicity, and urbanization. Figure 5 compares unintentional deaths for metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas by cause of death. Includes rural and urban data on deaths caused by falls, motor vehicle accidents, suffocation, poisoning, and fire.
